The service

DocMatePDF offers PDF utilities and related account features. Tool availability, daily run limits, and pricing may change as we improve the product. Features labeled as coming soon or in beta may be incomplete or unavailable.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

You may not use DocMatePDF to process unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, attempt to breach our systems, or abuse rate limits and automation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of documents you process. You grant us only the limited rights needed to process files solely to provide the service you request. You are solely responsible for the content, legality, and copyright of the files you upload. DocMatePDF acts purely as a pass-through processing tool and accepts no liability for copyright infringement or illegal content uploaded by users.

Disclaimers

DocMatePDF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results may vary for complex, encrypted, or damaged files. AI features (such as Summarization and Translation) may produce inaccurate results. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we accept no liability for damages or business losses resulting from reliance on our processing or AI outputs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocMatePDF and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use the free tier.
